Verde Marine Energy BV is excited to announce the launch of its Very Low Sulphur Fuel Oil (VLSFO) supply operations. This move underscores the company’s dedication to providing high-quality marine fuels, backed by rigorous testing and analysis protocols. Following a successful startup, Verde Marine has quickly positioned itself as a vital supplier of marine distillate products in the Rotterdam-Antwerp area and beyond. The company offers a diverse range of marine distillate products, varying in densities and Cold Flow qualities, ensuring customer satisfaction through a strong emphasis on quality assurance and effective procurement strategies.
The ARA region has recently seen significant changes due to mergers and acquisitions, with major global trading houses reshaping the market landscape and increasing competition. Despite this evolution, there remains a robust demand for an independent VLSFO supplier that prioritizes quality and reliability. Verde Marine Energy BV is stepping up to fill this niche, complementing its existing DMA bunkering services with competitive VLSFO supply options. In just seven months since its inception, Verde Marine has achieved several significant milestones in collaboration with the Vertom Group.
As part of its latest expansion, the company will commence VLSFO supplies via the bunker barge MTS Malia starting March 15 in Rotterdam, with plans to expand its fleet and cover the entire ARA region shortly thereafter. Additionally, Verde Marine has begun supplying marine distillate volumes through truck deliveries in the ARA region, showcasing its agility and customer-centered approach. Remaining fully independent while nurturing a solid partnership with Vertom BV, a prominent maritime solutions provider, Verde Marine is well-equipped to foster further growth and innovation in the marine fuel sector.
